Needless to say there are oodles of food blogs, far more established than this little one, I merely hope to bring a smile to your face with my lamenting on lemon creams, and similar delights. I have always adored baking, it is such a joy (though not quite so much when it does not go to plan), though even then there is something rather wonderful about a chaotic mess of ingredients - particularly being able to taste icing sugar in the air as it escaped from the bowl! I love trying out new recipes so if any body has one, I would most happily try it and feature it in a post (though that relies on me supposing somebody may actually read this blog, a slight problem perhaps). Nevertheless, here goes nothing! Enjoy, I hope.
